I originally hale from a construction background where I held a Residential and Commercial Contractors license and worked in light construction projects for 14 years. I also oversaw the design and construction of retirement casitas in the Gold Canyon area.  I've had my Arizona Real Estate License since February of 2014 and since obtaining my ADRE License I have developed a very successful business.  I successfully complete an average of 45 to 50 real estate transactions annually and have become skilled in Negotiation, Contract Management and Process Schedules for Buyers as well as Sellers.  Cornerstone qualities that I firmly adhere to are effective communication, knowledge on the part of my clients as well as myself and treating the people around me as I would want to be treated.  I invite you to experience what a smooth real estate transaction can feel like.
